reliable doorstep delivery with secure digital payments.

- Account & Eligibility: You must provide accurate account details and maintain the confidentiality of your login.
- Orders: Item prices, availability, and delivery ETA may vary by store and location.
- Payments: You may pay online or by COD (where enabled). For online payments, bank/payment gateway T&Cs apply.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation windows and refund timelines depend on order status and payment method.
- Delivery: Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or store preparation time. We try our best to keep you updated.
- Prohibited Use: Any fraudulent activity, abuse of offers, or harassment of riders/stores may lead to account suspension.
- Returns/Quality Issues: Raise issues via the app or support; eligibility depends on item type (e.g., perishable goods).
- Privacy: We protect your data per our Privacy Policy; do not share rider/store personal information publicly.
- Policy Changes: Nibbly may update features or terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
